These terms describe the current public rules for using LipSyncMyVideo.
Use Of The Service
LipSyncMyVideo lets users upload media, analyze speech timing, prepare lip-sync previews, and request downloadable rendered outputs. The service may change, pause, or be removed without notice while it is being actively developed.
You may not use the service to upload content you do not have the right or permission to process.
Your Content
You are responsible for the media, lyrics, and other content you upload. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the rights, licenses, consent, or other permission needed to use that content with this service.

Billing And Refunds
Credits are sold for downloadable renders. Uploads, previews, and failed renders are not charged under the current product rules described in the app.
Credits are generally non-refundable, non-transferable, and may expire after account inactivity. We may issue refunds or credit adjustments at our discretion in cases such as billing error or service malfunction.
No Guarantee
Lip-sync timing, transcription quality, and final renders may be imperfect. The service is provided on an as-available basis without any promise that uploads, analysis, previews, or downloads will always succeed or remain unchanged.
